With a fantastic view from the living room, you are within walking distance from all the main places to visit in Lisbon such as Avenida da Liberdade, Rossio, Baixa, Chiado, Principe Real, Bairro Alto, the São Jorge Castle and the picturesque neighborhood called Alfama. It´s a perfect location to explore Lisbon, enjoy the traditional daily life and the nightlife of the city!
The 200 square meters apartment fitting up to 16 people is located on the third floor of a very charming building, with original ceiling stucco and fine old wooden floors, but without elevator. It features 8 bedrooms, one living and dining room with a fantastic view over Lisbon, 2 complete bathrooms, 1 additional toilet, an equipped kitchen, and plenty of sunlight.

Bedroom Preparations:
- The apartment will only be prepared for the number of people selected in the reservation
- If you are more than 13 people, we will prepare extra pull-outs in the rooms with double beds so you can sleep separate.

- This apartment is located in a very sensitive building where the rules must be followed at all times and the neighbors respected.
- No loud noises or music during the day and silence at night (starting 10pm).
- Parties, smoking and music speakers are strictly forbidden.
- Air conditioning or central heating not provided (portable heaters and fans provided)
- Due to its central location in the touristic area, you should expect some outside noise.
- This apartment requires a security deposit to be blocked on your credit card, which works as an insurance the rules will be respected and the apartment well taken care.

- On the day of your check-out, just ensure you exit the apartment until 11:00. Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines.
- It’s not possible to store luggage at the apartment after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info)
- Central Hill Apartments reserves the right to withhold the access code until all required procedures are completed by the guests.
- In exceptional circumstances, an in-person check-in may be required, which, if conducted after 20:00, will incur a €30 late check-in fee. To avoid any last-minute complications, we strongly recommend completing all procedures in advance.
Extra Guests:
It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation. If there are more guests, an extra guest fee might be applied (35€ per person per night)- contact us for authorization and confirmation of the extra guest fee amount.
Security Deposit:
This apartment requires a security deposit of 300€ to be blocked on your credit card.
- You will receive an email 7 days before the check-in requesting you to associate a credit card so it can be blocked 2 days before your check-in.
- If the rules of the apartment are respected the security deposit will be automatically released up to 7 days after your check-out.

Stairs to the apartment were not an issue but a surprise when arriving with baggage, ideally highlight this beforehand.
The showers were often freezing cold (even when avoiding using the kitchen tap). Not ideal for 21 guests
