It features 4 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 2 complete bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, and there is an additional sofa on the upper floor landing. The apartment gets plenty of sunlight. Rooms #1 and #2, one of the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room and the dining room are on the lower floor. On the upper floor is the upper floor landing, the second bathroom and rooms #3 and #4. It's hard to find such a well-located apartment, able to accommodate this number of guests in the center of Lisbon.Check-in & Check-out:Check-in: starting at 16:00 Check-out: until 11:00 - Please ensure you provide the expected check-in time a few days in advance.- Upon making your reservation you will be provided a check-in number, which you will need to contact 30min in advance so our colleague can meet you at the entrance of your apartment.- Flexible early luggage drop starting 11:15 (should be requested in advance and is subject to availability) - On the day of your check-out, just leave the keys on top of the living room table and close the door (loss of keys will result in a 75€ fine)- Failure to leave the apartment before 11:00 will result in fines. It’s not possible to store luggage after check-out. Luggage pick-up service available (contact for more info) Late Check-in Fee:Late check-in fee of 30€ for all arrivals after 20:00 paid in cash at the check-in. This amount works as a compensation for the check-in person who has to stay working after hours to welcome you at the apartment. Extra Guests: It’s not allowed to have more guests than the ones selected on your reservation.
